24-40 story office towers: Sales have begun of the Jerusalem Gateway Project
The Israel Lands Authority (ILA) and city hall have published the tender for the first lot (Parcel K) of the Jerusalem Gateway Project that will comprise twenty towers. The project encompasses 300,000 sq. meters and is slated to become the capitals new business district.
