In spite of Corona: Amot Investments Ltd.and Allied Group won the first tender to build offices in the Jerusalem Gateway project
The lone companies to participate in the tender paid 180 million shekel for the land and will build two, thirty six story office towers with a total of 78,000 sq. meters. The Jerusalem Gateway project will consist of twenty office towers of 18-24 storys providing 60,000 employment opportunities.
